Often called the “yoga of awareness,” this practice uses precise kriyas, conscious breathwork, mantra, and intentional movement to quiet mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and build the internal strength required to live with clarity and resilience. Janice Veech is a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner, Master Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and lifelong integrator of spiritual wisdom and biological healing. Her path began at just 18 months old, when she was diagnosed with celiac disease. Years later, a misdiagnosis led to a devastating relapse and a deeper realization that healing had to come from within, not prescriptions.

Despite following a strict gluten-free lifestyle, Janice spent decades battling chronic fatigue, digestive distress, and toxic overload, symptoms no doctor could explain. After a disheartening consult with a top celiac expert at Mayo Clinic, she took her healing into her own hands. At the Institute of Regenerative Health, everything changed. She uncovered the true root causes of her suffering and began a deep journey of bioenergetic repair and cellular renewal.

Today, Janice guides others through the same kind of transformation that changed her life, helping clients reverse inflammation, restore balance, and reclaim vitality using spiritual physics, quantum biology, herbal detox, and consciousness-based tools. Her training spans decades and includes advanced studies in Iridology, Herbalism, Soul Contract Systems, and the SACRED IHS Intentional Healing System. Her daily Kundalini Sadhana practice spans 12+ years, and she’s studied with pioneers like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Zach Bush, M.D., and the HeartMath Institute.

Sabrina Wellendorf is a Certified Regenerative Health Coach, Quantum Energy Healer, and lifelong student of holistic vitality whose path into deep healing was born from necessity. After silently battling undiagnosed clinical depression since her teens and navigating a series of compounding physical diagnoses — including Type 2 Diabetes, Stage 3 Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, and chronic inflammation — Sabrina discovered that true healing doesn’t begin with symptom management, but with energetic and cellular alignment.

Through bioenergetic detoxification, frequency-informed tools, spiritual healing modalities, and deep inner work, Sabrina reversed conditions others said were permanent. Her A1C dropped from 13 to 6.5, her liver began to regenerate, and the vitality she once thought was lost returned with greater clarity, peace, and purpose than ever before.

Today, she integrates two decades of experience in CranioSacral Therapy, Shamanic Healing (Q’ero and Mayan lineages), Iridology, Face & Tongue Mapping, Herbal Medicine, and advanced spiritual training from Damanhur University in Italy.
